The LGBT Caucus is designed to promote fair treatment, civil rights, and true equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender West Virginians. Our mission is to ensure LGBT people can be open, honest and safe at home and school, at work and in the community. We represent the diversity of Appalachia and our membership is open to everyone who believes in fundamental fairness for every person.

West Virginia Young Democrats is a pro marriage equality, pro inclusive hate crimes, and pro inclusive anti-discrimination organization. We are working hard to make West Virginia one of the leading states in the fight for equality.
